SMASH HQ iRacing League — Major Website & Discord Updates Launch Tomorrow

By SMASH — February 26, 2026

SMASH HQ is entering its next phase.

Tomorrow, both the website and Discord server will receive major structural updates to officially support the launch and long-term growth of the SMASH HQ iRacing League.

This isn’t cosmetic.

It’s infrastructure.

Why the Updates Are Necessary

The iRacing league is no longer an idea — it’s becoming a permanent competitive pillar of SMASH HQ.

To support that properly, we need:

  • Centralized league information

  • Clear driver onboarding

  • Organized race communication

  • Structured rule enforcement

  • Public standings and schedule visibility

Everything is being aligned around making this feel like a sanctioned racing organization — not a casual hosted session group.

Website Upgrades — A True League Hub

SMASH HQ will begin rolling out a dedicated iRacing section designed to function as the league’s official home.

Planned updates include:

  • 🏁 League Overview Page

  • 📊 Standings & Points Tracker

  • 🗓️ Season Schedule

  • 📘 Official Rulebook

  • 📰 Race Recaps & News

  • 📁 Driver Registration Information

The goal is to remove confusion and centralize everything in one professional, shareable location.

Drivers should be able to send one link and say:

“This is our league.”

Discord Restructure — Built for Racing Operations

Tomorrow’s Discord updates will introduce a more defined league structure.

Expect to see:

  • Dedicated iRacing category

  • Driver registration channel

  • Car number claims

  • Race control announcements

  • Protest & incident submission system

  • Media & highlights channel

  • Setup discussion area

This transforms Discord from general chat into a functional race control environment.

Clear lanes. Clear communication. Clean competition.

The Direction Moving Forward

SMASH HQ is fully committed to structured motorsports competition.

The iRacing league is not temporary. It is not experimental. It is not casual.

It is being built for longevity.

At the same time, the Discord remains open to broader community interaction and other games — but the competitive focus is now firmly on racing.

What To Expect Next

After tomorrow’s updates:

  • Official season details will follow

  • Registration announcements will drop

  • Schedule release timeline will be posted

  • League branding will finalize

We are building deliberately — not rushing.

Tomorrow marks the foundation.

The green flag is getting closer.
